    Best advice recently from my hematologist: "You may have to get used to a lower normal platelet count."

    Worst advice: "No more tonic water." I love tonic water, even without gin, but the quinine is a suspected ITP trigger.

    Worst advice from family "don't pester the doc with questions, they know what they are doing"

    Worse:Try Magnesium it will cure you
