About Me

My photo
Greta Burroughs
Website: http://booksbygretaburroughs.weebly.com I am a wife, mother of 3 dogs and an author. I also have an autoimmune disease called ITP. This blood disorder changed many facets of my life but I have no regrets. It gave me the opportunity to become a writer; first as a freelance reporter for a local newspaper, then as an author. Writing has become very important to me. I have been able to put into words the effect ITP has had on my life. I have also been able to fulfill my dream of writing a novel, and I finally published the children's book that had languished in a drawer for many years. That is not the end though, there are more books to come.
